About Us

Gibboney & Associates is a real estate appraisal firm offering commercial and residential real estate appraisal services for a wide variety of property types, as well as consulting and market analysis services.  Our coverage area includes Marion County, central Florida, north Florida, and portions of the Florida panhandle. Gibboney & Associates specializes in office, retail, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties.  In addition, we provide appraisal services for a number of purposes including mortgage loan underwriting, real estate planning, divorce proceedings, litigation support, and special use.
